麒麟金童玉女摆件

麒麟作为中国传统文化中的神兽之一，具有性情温和的特点。古人认为麒麟出没处，必有祥瑞，是为天下太平之兆。后来，其形象、图案以及与之相关的东西成为皇家的专属象徵。
　　麒麟摆件，以麒麟作为主体形象，辅以其他物事构成一个杰出的工艺品，具有气象宏大、富贵繁华的特征，能够为主人带来平安富贵等诸多好运，因此受到普罗大众的喜爱。

金童玉女是佛教与道教的神祇。在佛教文化中，观音大士身旁的两大尊者：善才与龙女被称作金童玉女，是观音菩萨座前的两位灵童，在造像题材中经常与观音菩萨一同被塑造。道教中则以服事大仙的仙童、仙女为金童玉女。此对金童玉女，嘴角微微上扬带有笑意，面容宁静安详中微带稚气。童子梳发髻，身穿高领绸衣，赤脚，双手合十；玉女则着长裙，双手于腹前托宝钵（已佚），足穿尖头鞋。金童与玉女衣襬边缘皆刻有精细的纹饰，所披帔帛、衣襬雕铸的自然灵动。此立像雕刻生动写实，将金童玉女生动呈现，实属不易。
