此枚藏品为“贵州银币”，正面中央为“贵州银币”上铭“中华民国十七年”，下铭“一圆”：背面中央为草地、汽车图案，上铭“贵州省政府造”，下铭记重“七钱二分”，是民国十七年(1928年)贵州造币厂为纪念贵阳-桐梓公路通车而制造的，草地内含当时省政府主席周西成的“西成”2字。市场价值很高，市场上仿品泛滥。它的汽车图案是贵州的第一辆汽车，是周西成从香港购来的美国福特牌敞篷汽车。由于贵州没有公路，这辆汽车是拆散后，人挑马驮运入的。银币上的汽车图案即以此车为原形。用汽车作银币图案，是近代银币中绝无仅有的，它与光绪龙、大清龙以及以人物为图案的近代银币相比，确是独出新裁而很受时人喜欢。使用了两种货币单位。即采用货币“元”单位，又使用已经废止了的清末货币单位“七钱二分”，这在民国银币中也是仅见的现象。这种不伦不类也反映了周西成虽颇有进取心，但其封建烙印依然十分深刻。
