明清时期，我国瓷器制作工艺技术日益见长，明嘉靖年间出现了矾红彩瓷器，并在康熙时期得到了很大发展，拥有艳丽的颜色，通常会加上五彩、斗彩等纹饰。矾红彩又名“铁红釉”，是一种通过氧化铁作为重要的着色剂，后采用低温烧制而成的红釉，在色泽上会稍微显示出橙红色。矾红是在氧化环境下烧制出来的，所以和高温烧制相比，会更加容易得到。虽然说在颜色上达不到铜红纯正艳丽，但是好在成色十分的稳定。此矾红龙纹杯敞口，深弧壁，圈足。碟撇口，浅斜壁，圈足。杯内外施白釉，外壁以红彩团状云龙纹装饰。碟内外施白釉，内底红彩龙纹装饰。杯、碟之圈足内均施白釉。底部为“雍正年制”。
