洪宪飞龙银币正面为袁世凯九分脸正面及胸像，面部稍左侧。袁世凯身着大元帅服，头戴鹭羽高缨冠，胸前佩戴大勋章。背面中央为飞龙图案，上面镌“中华帝国”四字，下面镌“洪宪纪元”四字，齿边。

Hong Xian's Feilong silver coin has a face and chest image of Yuan Shikai, with a slightly left face. Yuan Shikai was dressed in marshal's clothes, wearing a high crown of heron feathers and a big medal on his chest. In the center of the back is the flying dragon pattern, with the four words "Empire of China" on the top and the four words "Hongxian Era" on the bottom, with the edge of the teeth.

此枚袁世凯像中华帝国洪宪纪元飞龙银币签字版，由天津造币厂铸造，有意大利雕刻师L.GIORGI签名。L.GIORGI曾在1910－1920年间，服务于天津造币厂，担任首席设计师及总雕刻师。

This Yuan Shikai is like the signature version of Feilong silver coin in the Hongxian era of the Chinese Empire. It was coined by Tianjin Mint and signed by L. GIORGI, an Italian sculptor. L. GIORGI served in Tianjin Mint from 1910 to 1920 as chief designer and chief sculptor.

飞龙银币的铸币工艺在当时已达到登峰造极的地步,正面袁世凯像栩栩如生，眉目传神，背面飞龙的形态没有采取中国传统龙纹形态,而是西方的双翼龙,飞龙奔腾欲出。这是一只朝向左侧的双翼飞龙，一爪持定南针，天子当阳意也；一爪持五箭，五族一统意也。该币也是中国官方铸币唯一采用的外国龙,也是中国仅有的几枚帝王银币雕刻工艺最精湛的作品，其珍贵程度不可小靓。本版钱币才铸成，没流通袁世凯就下台，普通版市面已上少见，签字版更是屈指可数，近年中国大拍场罕见，边齿规整完好，品相镜面银光，近未流通，保存完美是个不可不可多见之百年老银币,为大藏家追寻之珍品。
