张松茂（1934－），男，江西鄱阳人。擅长陶瓷粉彩人物、山水、鸟画、雪景。他的作品“紫归牡怀图”粉彩瓷板书被当做江西政府送香港特别行政区的礼物。其传略被记入《中国当代要艺家传》。其于1954年进入轻工业部陶瓷研究所，从事陶瓷美术研究设计，1959年荣获“陶瓷美术家”称号，1986年被评为高级工艺美术师，1988年被授予中国工艺美术大师称号，1994年享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，同年张松茂之家被评为“陶瓷世家”。
