此尊造像，工艺精湛、造型优美，堪称同时期代表作品。该造像是度母佛像，半跏趺坐于莲座之上，左右各牵一株莲花开于左右肩，造型生动优美。发髻高耸，头戴五叶花冠，面相方圆，神态沉静。宽肩束腰，身材匀称。上身袒露，以珞璎严身，手、臂、踝饰有钏环，下着长裙，裙褶自然写实，小腿部有椭圆形裙褶，是明代造像常见的装饰风格。莲座呈俯仰莲式，上下缘饰精密连珠纹，莲花瓣饱满修长，制作精致。在莲座正前方錾刻有“大明宣德年施”六字款，字体优美，“年”上左边短竖以一长点代替，类似于明代官窑瓷器的风格，具有鲜明的时代特征。署款为从左到右顺读，这种书写风格符合藏族人书写藏文习惯，整尊造像造型优美、金水完好、面相端庄，是明宫廷铸造的典型作品。
