此弊中华民国开国纪念双旗币，正面十八星旗和五色旗相互交叉，系以结带，反映出了社会背景和时代特征，双旗上方位置环有“中华民国”的四个楷书繁体字样，下端有“开国纪念币”五个楷书繁体字样。

The Double Flag coin of the founding of the Republic of China is crossed by eighteen star flags and five colored flags on the front, which reflects the social background and the characteristics of the times. The position above the two flags is surrounded by four regular scripts of the Republic of China, and at the bottom are five regular scripts of the commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China.

左右两侧还各分列有一朵花饰，背面珠圈内“十文” 嘉禾，圈外花纹环绕，此枚双旗币现存世量极少，且保存较好，具有很高的历史价值、艺术价值和收藏价值。
