仵海洲：国务院命名的“中国非物质文化遗产镇平玉雕传承人”，“河南省杰出工艺美术艺术家”，曾拜中国工艺美术大师李博生等人为师，长期从事玉器设计工作。现任中华玉文化博物馆馆长。2014年受中华国宝文物收藏协会之遥担任《康熙御笔福玺》设计师。
