　　党的十九届五中全会提出到2035年建成文化强国的战略目标,并对如何实现这一战略目标作出新的谋划和部署。为了积极响应党中央号召，世界文联举办了一系列文化艺术活动，原空军作曲家罗华党原创音乐会海选歌手，一是为选拨新人加入艺术团队，实现“输入新鲜血液”并完成人才储备，同时也给众多音乐艺术爱好者提供一个锻炼自己的机会和展示自己的舞台;二是为营造积极向上、格调高雅、健康文明的社会音乐艺术氛围，丰富人民大众的业余文化生活，加强社会精神文明建设。

　　海选具体方案：

　　一〉从罗华党原创钢琴交响音乐中选出声乐作品1首(见附件：罗华党声乐作品一榄表);反复练习，唱熟后报名参赛(免费)。

　　二)由知名专家评委团评选出最佳原创歌手、优秀原创歌手。

　　三)获得最佳原创歌手，奖励由联合国健艺美文化总会和世界文联颁发的奖杯、证书;其演唱的原唱作品将录入罗华党原创钢琴交响(声乐)音乐会专辑，出版、发行，并向全球宣传，打造世界级原创新星。
